Sudden Death of Mrs. Mee
Friends of Mrs. Margaret Mee were saddened yesterday to hear of her death at the Mee home on Palm avenue, which followed a paralytic shock suffered Monday. Mrs. Mee was known Tuesday to be very ill, but her condition was not deemed so serious.
She was the widow of the late James Mee and the mother of Attorney John Hubert Mee and Margaret Inez Mee. She is also survived by Mrs. Thos. Rodgers, a sister.
The funeral and interment, it has been announced, will be strictly private, and no date for the ceremony has been given out.
Up to the time she was stricken, Mrs. Mee had been active in social affairs. She had always taken a great interest in charitable work of all kinds, giving freely of her time and more substantial aid to worthy causes.
