Sunday Rites For Mrs. Durham
Carrie Etta Durham, a native of You Bet, Calif., and a 14-year resident of Marin, died at a local hospital yesterday after a long illness. She was 75.
The widow of Oscar Roy Durham, Mrs. Durham leaves three children, Mrs. A. E. Wingard of Tacoma, Mrs. Una Smith of Sacramento and Melvin L. Durham of Boise.
She was a member of Genessee Council No. 180, Daughters of Pocohantas, and Pythian Sisters, Tamalpais Temple No. 129. She lived in San Rafael.
Funeral services will be held at Keaton’s in San Rafael at 8 p.m. Sunday. Services will be conducted by the Genessee Council. Burial is to be private.
