Bud Kane, Graduate Of Tam High In ’29 Long Ill, Passes
Preston H. (Bud) Kane Jr., member of a well known San Rafael family and 1929 graduate of Tamalpais High School, during which year he was also president of the student body, died yesterday in a local hospital following a long illness.
An employee for a number of years of the Golden Gate Ferries, Kane was 29 years of age and leaves his father and mother, Mrs. and Mrs. Preston H. Kane Sr., two sisters, Morene and Jeanne, and three brothers, Donald, John and Alan Kane. The father is an employee of the Northwestern Pacific railroad mechanical department.
Private funeral services are to be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock from Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael.
