Emil T. Quilitch Dies At Home

Emil T. Quilitch, a resident of San Rafael for 19 years, died at his home Saturday after a short illness.

He retired from the Pacific Gas and Electric Co. in 1954 after 38 years of service as a gas operator. He was a native of Colorado.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Quilitch, and two sons, John Sullivan of Stockton and Charles Sullivan of Napa.

Quilitch collapsed at his home, 317 Paloma avenue, about 9 a.m., shortly after he had finished breakfast.

Funeral services will be held tomorrow at 11 a.m. at the Harry M. Williams Mortuary in San Rafael. Inurnment will be private.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the brother of Mrs. A. H. Abbott of Long Beach, Mrs. Edward Wakefield of Phoenix, Ariz., and James L. Quilitch of Lakeport, and grandfather of Nancy Sullivan of Napa and Robert Sullivan of Stockton.
