Laborer Dies at McNear's Point
Giacomo Cerini, who has been employed in the quarry at McNear's for seven or eight years, passed away suddenly last Saturday in his bunkhouse. Dr. W. J. Stone was called to attend him the day before and left order that the man should remain in bed. Word was sent in Saturday that Cerini had risen and gone outside, but that he hurried back and retired. When Dr. Stone reached there he found life extinct.
Cerini was 69 years old. He leaves a widow in Italy. The funeral was held yesterday under the direction of Dr. F. E. Sawyer and burial made in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
