GLADYS P. WILLIAMS
Private funeral for Gladys P. Williams of Mill Valley was held today in that city. Mrs. Williams, 78, died yesterday in a local hospital after a long illness.
A native of Ogden, Utah, she had lived in California and Marin County eight years, residing at 20 Hilarita Avenue. Prior to his retirement, her husband, Ernest Williams was superintendent of the Ogden Iron Works.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Williams is survived by a daughter, Lucianne Simons of Mill Valley, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild, four brothers, Arthur, William and Richard Thorsted, all of Vallejo, Leslie Thorsted Vacaville, Solano County and two sisters, Daisy Ohlson and Rena Dooley, both of Mill Valley.
Burial will be in Ogden. The family prefers contributions to the American Heart Association.

A Death Notice appeared in the same paper and gives differing information: she was sister of Harold G. Williams of Ogden, Utah, Arthur G. Thorsted of Vallejo, William Thorsted of Vallejo, Leslie Thorsted of Vacaville, Richard Thorsted of Vallejo, Daisy Ohlson of Vallejo and Rena Dooley of Vallejo.
