DORA ROWE

Dora Rowe, a resident of Marin County for 39 years, was found dead yesterday at her home at 318 D Street, San Rafael.

Her body was found at about 9:30 a.m. by a neighbor who had last seen Mrs. Rowe alive at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Deputy Coroner Richard W. Madigan attributed death to natural causes.

Mrs. Rowe, 84, was born in Rio Vista and lived all her life in California. She was the widow of James W. Rowe, a maintenance supervisor for Northwestern Pacific Railroad, who died in 1962.

She was a member of Golden Star Rebeka Lodge 112, the San Rafael chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and the ladies auxiliary of Canton 39 of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows.

She leaves a son, Gilbert Hutcheson of Daly City, three grandchildren and five great-grandchildreln.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Harry M. Williams Mortuary, with private entombment to follow.

The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.

A Death Notice in the same paper mentions her late daughter, Pearl Schumacher, and names her grandchildren: Gordon Hutcheson of South San Francisco, Corporal John Hutcheson, U.S. Army, Viet Nam, and Mrs. Lynne Hernandiz of San Francisco.
