Resident of Carson [City] from 1880 to 1936, Mrs. Arsene Malo died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. R. Wood, in Fairfax, [Marin Co.] Calif., Saturday night... Funeral services will be held from St. Theresa's Catholic Church in Carson Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock with burial to follow in the family plot of the Catholic Cemetery here.
Mrs. Malo was born in Quebec, Canada, on Sept. 2, 1867, and shortly moving to this country established her home in Carson. She was married on Aug. 16, 1888, to the late Arsene Malo, who at the time of his death in 1926 was employed by the Virginia & Truckee railroad here.
