After a long illness, which had kept him confined to his home for many months, Frank A. Vail passed away Tuesday of this week in San Anselmo. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Harriett Kay Vail, a daughter, Miss Virginia Vail, and a son, Frank A. Vail, Jr. He was a brother of Stanley M. Vail and a native of San Francisco. The funeral and interment, held today, was private.
