David C. Johnston

David C. Johnston, a retired carpenter, died Sunday in Fairfax.

Mr. Johnston , 77, was a resident of Lake County.

He was a native of San Francisco and a member of a San Francisco carpenter's union. Mr. Johnston worked as a carpenter for more than 40 years.

His survivors include his wife, Shirley Johnston of Fairfax; a son, Lee Johnston of Fairfax; and a grandson.

At his request, no services will be held. The family prefers donations to Hospice of Marin.
