Sudden Death Calls Construction Man
John Gleason, construction engineer, and employed on a contract at St. Vincent’s Orphanage, died suddenly Tuesday evening at the corner of Fourth and E street. According to Dr. J. H. Kuser, autopsy surgeon, death was due to heart trouble.
The deceased is survived by a widow in Oakland. He had accepted a contract for work at Marin Meadows which he was to commence upon the completion of his present job. The remains were taken charge of by Coroner J. Ray Keaton and later removed by him to Oakland, where funeral services will be held.
