Retired Clerk Dies In Hospital

John Lee Howard, 68, a retired shipping clerk who had been living at 21 Caledonia street, Sausalito for 13 years, died of a heart attack at Ross General Hospital yesterday. He was a former employee of Great American Insurance Co. in San Francisco.

Private funeral services were held today at Frank J. Keaton Mortuary in Sausalito, Howard had no living relatives.
