Daisy L. Kern Dies After Illness
Mrs. Daisy L. Kern, Fairfax resident at 27 Sequoia road, died Wednesday at a local hospital after a short illness. She was born in New York, Her age was not learned.
She was the wife of the late Stephan Kern, and is survived by three daughters and a son, Mrs. Nina Washburn and Mrs. Daisy Schlagl, both of Fairfax; Mrs. Edna Engle of Wilmington and John O. Dancer of San Lorenzo, and four grandchildren, Harold Shumate, Geraldine Shannon, John Dancer Jr. and Diane Diamond.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. at Keaton’s in San Rafael. Inurnment will be private.
