Mrs. Burtcher Dies At Local Hospital
Mrs. Eleanor Burtcher, practical nurse who lived at 110 B Belle avenue, San Rafael, died at a local hospital Saturday morning after a long illness. A native of Mexico, she was 53 years old.
Formerly of Coolidge, Arizona, she had come to San Rafael about a year ago to live with her son, Leonard Fitzgerald, a teacher at San Rafael High school. She is also survived by a daughter in Palo Alto, Mrs. Glen Roberts, and another daughter in Coolidge, Arizona, Mrs. Theresa Caudill. She was the sister of Charles and Eva Gough.
Mrs. Burtcher was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary of Coolidge, Arizona and Tuscon Fine Arts Association.
Funeral services and interment will be at Coolidge, Arizona, under the direction of Harry M. Williams mortuary, San Rafael.
