Mr. Gunn is survived by his widow, Edith Howland Gunn, and a son, Robert M. Gunn of Sausalito, as well as by three daughters, Mrs. Joseph Conlon, Palo Alto; Mrs. Erich Kruger, Los Angeles; and Mrs. Ernest Denicke of Ross. He leaves three sisters in Canada.
