R. G. BECKER
Funeral for Richard G. Becker of Corte Madera will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of the Hills Mortuary, San Anselmo.
Becker, who lived at 236 Eastman Avenue, died Saturday at a local hospital following a long illness. He was 77.
A native of Frankfurt, Germany, he moved to the U.S. in 1933, and, following a short stay in San Francisco, moved to Marin.
He was last employed as a shoemaker at Philip Povey Co. of San Francisco, retiring about eight yeas ago.
Becker is survived by his wife, Erna Becker of Corte Madera; a brother, Henry Becker of Los Angeles and three sisters, Margaret DeBoi of Gerneville, Anne Hoene and Hedde Cameron, both of San Francisco.
Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael.
