Funeral of Mrs. Mary L. Gabbs Held in S. F.
For Mrs. Mary Ladd Gabbs, wife of Dr. M. F. Gabbs, of Ross, funeral services were held Monday afternoon from the mortuary of Grays, in San Francisco. Rev. John C. Leffler of St. John’s Church, Ross, officiated. Mrs. Gabbs succumbed to a heart ailment in a San Francisco hospital on Friday.
The beloved matron was an active and popular clubwoman. For the past fifteen years Mrs. Gabbs had resided in Ross and previous to that had spent her summers in Marin.
Mourning her loss are her sister, Mrs. Annie Ladd Yerington, her nephew, Marvin L. Yerington and her nieces, Mrs. Marcia Hoy and Miss Geraldine Yerington.
