SAMUEL GORDON

Samuel Gordon, 90, longtime Petaluma rancher, died yesterday at a local convalescent hospital after a lengthy illness.

Gordon was born in Russia and came to the United States at the age of 21. He had lived in Petaluma for 39 years and had operated a poultry ranch for many years.

Gordon was the husband of the late Sophie Gordon. He lived at 1394 Bodega Avenue and was a member of B’nai B’rith.

He is survived by a son, Jack M. Gordon of Philadelphia; two grandchildren and a great grandchild.

Graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at B’nai Israel Cemetery.
