John Gordon Dies in S. P. Hospital

John Gordon of Mill Valley died at the Southern Pacific Hospital last Friday night following a major operation. He was 56 years of age, and has been with the Northwestern Pacific marine service for about 20 years.

Gordon was a native of Liverpool. He served in the World War with a Canadian regiment, Royal Engineers, and was in the Pacific mail service for some time.

He leaves his wife, one daughter, and two sons, Mrs. Palameda Gordon, Beverly Jean Gordon, Laverne and John Gordon. The funeral was held from the Robt. Russell & Co. chapel, Mill Valley, Monday, at 2 o’clock, followed by cremation.
