DAVID MINTO
Retired appraiser

David W. Minto, a longtime Mill Valley resident, suffered complications from a stroke and died Saturday at a Greenbrae convalescent hospital. He was 90.

He was a native of Wales and a World War II Navy veteran. He lived in Mill Valley for 47 years and was retired from the Federal Home Administration, where he worked as an appraiser for 35 years.

Mr. Minto is survived by two sons, Ian Minto of Mill Valley and Christopher Minto of Sherman Oaks.

At his request, no services were held. Russell & Gooch Funeral Chapel in Mill Valley handled the arrangements.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the husband of the late Elizabeth A. Minto.
