Fatal Accident

On Monday last, a man named Charles Williams of Norwich, CT, was seriously injured at the Paper Mill by a wagon passing over him, breaking his collar bone and otherwise injuring him. He lingered until Thursday evening when he died from the effects of the injuries received.
