Jo Anne Hoey
A funeral for Jo Anne Hoey, an eight-year Petaluma resident, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Parent Funeral Chapel, Petaluma.
Mrs. Hoey, 35, died Monday at a local hospital after a short illness. She was born in New York but had been reared in San Lorenzo.
Mrs. Hoey was a graduate of San Francisco State College and worked as an accounting controller for Affiliated Theaters Corp., San Francisco. She retired a month ago due to ill health.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Hoey of Petaluma; her son, Richard Hoey Jr. of Petaluma; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chong Chung Lee of San Lorenzo; six sisters, Ruby Hin of San Diego, Lillian Fong of Walnut Creek, Mary Ann Gee of Carmichael. Shirley Ann Fong of San Leandro, Wilma Wanden of San Lorenzo, and Wanda Miller of Orange; and a brother, Raymond Chui of San Lorenzo.
Burial will be at Cypress Hill Memorial Park. Contributions may be made to the Heart Association of the Redwood Empire, P. O. Box 844, Santa Rosa, 95402.
