An Old Pioneer Crosses the Divide

Harry Oden (as his friends called him,) otherwise Nils C. Oden, was released from all his suffering last Saturday afternoon.

For many years the deceased has lingered in pain, which he bore in his characteristic patient manner. He was a member of Duxberry Grove, U.A.O. Druids, who saw that their brother was attended to in every particular. Oden was a native of Sweden and had resided in Bolinas for nearly 40 years where he was greatly beloved. Deceased was 64 years of age, and leaves a valuable estate. The funeral was held at Bolinas on Monday last under the auspices of the Druids and the interment was in the cemetery at that place.
