KATIE K. HOLDERBY
Pet store owner
Katie K. Holderby of Novato died Monday, May 10, 1993, at home. She was 79.
Mrs. Holderby was born in Washington and moved to Marin in 1960.
She was a homemaker and owner of a pet store in Nave Square. She enjoyed collecting antiques.
Mrs. Holderby is survived by two sons, Emmett Holderby of Novato and Robert Mullen of San Diego; two daughters, Lana Stephens of Rohnert Park and Jeannie Cordoza of San Diego; a sister, Mary Sarciaux of Salinas; 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Her husband, retired Navy Lt. Commander Rhodell Holderby, died in 1989.
A vigil service will be held at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at Keaton’s Redwood Chapel of Marin. A funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the chapel at Valley memorial Park in Novato.
Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
