Walter I. Magee is Called to Long Home
Untimely Death of a Noble Youth of San Geronimo

True sorrow is expressed by many friends of Mr. and Mrs. C.I. Magee of San Geronimo over the untimely death of their son, Walter I. Magee. The death message was answered on the 28th of February after a brief attack of measles and pneumonia. He was a native of this county, and was aged 25 years, 8 months, and 12 days. The funeral services were conducted from the First Presbyterian Church on Monday, with interment at Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery.

Walter Magee lived with his parents at San Geronimo until a few years ago when he accepted a position with the telephone company in San Francisco. By close application to his work, studious and industrious habits, he soon found his employers to be his best friends, and soon received promotions until he occupied a responsible position. He was a young man of good habits and was highly esteemed by those who knew him.
