ESTER C. PALLAVICINI
Former Marin resident

Ester C. Pallavicini of Carmichael, Sacramento County, a former Marin resident, died Friday, Dec. 29, 1989, at Mercy San Juan Hospital in Carmichael after a long illness. She was 82.

She was born in S.F and had moved to Marin in 1930, living in San Anselmo, Fairfax and Novato. She moved to Carmichael in 1986.

During World War II, she drove bus for the Greyhound Co. She later worked as a housemother at Sunnyhills School in San Anselmo and as an apartment building manager.

Survivors are her two step-children, Gain Nunes of Woodacre and Gary Pallavicini of Reno, Nev.; and six grandchildren. Her husband, Charles Pallavicini, died earlier.

The funeral will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Lind Brothers Mortuary Carmichael Oaks Chapel in Carmichael. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Sacramento.

The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
