Death of Mrs. Gallagher
Death has claimed another of Marin County's good ladies. On Saturday, January 18th, Mrs. Lizzie Gallagher, wife of D.J. Gallagher of Point Reyes Station, died at St. Mary's Hospital in San Francisco, at the age of 26 years and 1 month.
The funeral services were held in the city Sunday morning and a requiem high mass was celebrated at St. Patrick's Church for the repose of her soul, after which the remains were shipped to San Rafael and in charge of Undertaker Eden taken to Mt. Olivet Cemetery for interment.
Mrs. Gallagher was a native of Clonmell, County Tipperary, Ireland, and was a sister of Mrs. J.J. Gallagher, Mrs. M.J. Millerick, Mrs. J.F. Kehoe, Mrs. J. Saunders, and Mrs. Thomas F. Ryan. Many persons from Pt. Reyes and other places attended the funeral.
