Louis Ambrogio
Mass for Louis D. Ambrogio, retired Novato butcher, who died at his home in Novato Saturday, will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at Church of the Assumption, Tomales. Burial will be at Tomales cemetery.
Rosary will be read at 8 p.m. today at the Sorenson funeral home, Petaluma.
He leaves his wife, Sadie Ambrogio; a son, Arthur L. Ambrogio; two daughters, Mrs. Louis Salmina, Novato, and Mrs. Robert Rogers, San Rafael; six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He had been a butcher at Novato for 24 years. Before that he was a butcher at Valley Ford. He came to California from Switzerland 66 years ago. He was a member of the Novato volunteer fire department.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the grandfather of Elaine Yvonne and John Ambrogio and Mrs. Jack Kidder, Novato, Donna and Robin Rogers, San Rafael, great-grandfather of Jimmy Kidder, uncle of Mrs. Harry Levins, San Rafael.
