W. A. MARSHALL, who it will be remembered, caused himself to be arrested in this county last year for the purpose of testing the pump gun law, died at his home in the city Sunday as a result of an operation for appendicitis. He was a wealthy man, in the prime of life, and owned considerable property in this county.
