REICHMUTH, Edward M., 86, of Mill Valley, passed away December 4, 2001. Russell & Gooch Funeral Chapel, Mill Valley, 415-388-1573.
Edward M. Reichmuth
Passed away in Mill Valley on December 4, 2001 at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of Carol Reichmuth of Mill Valley, loving father of Linda Berg of San Jose and Pam Roemer of Petaluma, dear grandfather of Jon, Matt, and Joe Roemer. He was a native of San Francisco, a Veteran of WWII, and served as Commander for the Mill Valley Post of Veterans of Foreign Wars for five years. He was a Volunteer Fire Fighter for 62 years for the Mill Valley Fire Department and a Volunteer Reserve Police Officer for 29 years. Ed served on the Mill Valley Parks and Recreation Commission for seven years. He was the co-founder of the Little League Baseball program in Mill Valley. Ed was always available to help the Mill Valley Community. Friends are invited to attend Funeral Services Saturday, December 8, 2001 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, #3 Oakdale Avenue, Mill Valley. Interment Private at Mt. Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael. Friends may call for Visitation Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at RUSSELL & GOOCH FUNERAL CHAPEL, 270 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley.
