Funeral Set For Jennie McMahon
Mrs. Jennie McMahon, longtime Marin resident, died yesterday at her home in San Anselmo after a lengthy heart illness. She was 74.
A native of Ireland, Mrs. McMahon came to Marin 35 years ago. She had lived in San Anselmo, where she was active in community affairs, for 25 years.
Mrs. McMahon was the wife of the late David McMahon. She is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Jennette Howard, of San Francisco; two granddaughters, Mrs. Bette O’Connell of Mill Valley and Mrs. Barbara Finn of San Francisco; and three great grandchildren, Thomas, Shamus and Jane O’Connell.
Funeral services will begin at 9:40 a.m. from Keaton’s San Rafael. A Requiem Mass will be said at 10 a.m. at St. Rita’s Church, Fairfax. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
The Rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. tonight at the Keaton Chapel
