GILIO BORDONI

Gilio M. Bordoni, 62, of 429 Elm Avenue, Larkspur, collapsed and died of a heart attack yesterday as he was leaving a building in San Francisco’s financial district.

Bordoni returned to work last month after spending nearly three months recovering from a previous attack.

He was purchasing agent for the San Francisco Commercial Club for about 40 years.

A native of Italy, he came to San Francisco at age 17, living there until he moved to Larkspur 18 years ago.

Surviving is his wife, Mrs. Florence Bordoni of Larkspur.

Funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday at Keaton’s Mortuary, San Rafael. Burial w ill be in Mount Tamalpais Cmetery. Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the mortuary.

Tributes may be in the form of contributions to the heart fund.
