VIOLET ELMERICH
Violet M. Elmerich of 40 Yolanda Drive, San Anselmo, died yesterday at her home after a long illness. She was 90(?).
She was born in England and came tot his country as a girl. She attended school in San Francisco and moved to San Rafael in 1905 when she married Harry Elmerich, a San Rafael businessman, who preceded her in death. She had lived in San Anselmo for the past 23 years and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Elmerich was a member of the Young Ladies Institute at St. Anselm’s Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Mariam Grode of San Anselmo and Florence Gaustad of Berkeley, and a son, Harry M. Elmerich of San Anselmo., 14 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Anselm’s Church. Rosary will be at 8 p.m. tomorrow at the Chapel of the Hill, San Anselmo. Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Memorial gifts to St. Vincent’s School for Boys would be preferred by the family.
