HOWARD C. AGER

Private funeral for Howard C. Ager, former San Anselmo resident and father of Julie Barley of San Rafael, has been held in Sun City, Ariz.

Ager, 69, died Tuesday in Sun City after a brief illness.

Ager lived in Marin for 17 years until he retired in 1972 after 37 years with the U. S. Forest Service and moved to Arizona.

He was a graduate of the University of Montana. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge.

In addition to his daughter, Ager is survived by his wife, Elizabeth of Sun City; a brother, Edward of Oxnard; and two grandchildren.
