Ask Termination Of Joint Tenancy

Grace L. McKenney, whose husband, Harry G. McKenney died in Sausalito Dec. 9, 1938, has filed a petition to terminate a joint tenancy agreement, relative to real estate in San Francisco. This is set for hearing Friday, Feb. 3.

Set for the same date is a similar petition filed by Algot Johnson, to terminate joint tenancy because of the death of his wife, Esther Johnson, on Nov. 16, 1937.
