Mrs. Edith Trumbull, formerly Miss Brown, of Novato, and one of the heirs to the Brown estate, has bought a tract of land from the estate comprising 275 acres. It is on the Novato, Nicasio and Petaluma roads, and adjoins the property owned by Robert Brown, Mrs. Trumbull’s brother.
