The purchase will be completed this week by Messrs. D. GROSSI and J. CORDA, Hick’s Valley ranchers, of the old VALENCIA ranch, comprising 2090 acres, from S.K. HERZOG and Supervisor and Mrs. Fred SWEETSER. The price involved is in the neighborhood of $70,000.
