On September 24, 1906, there was placed on record in the recorder's office, a deed transferring from JOSEPH BLOOM of Olema to BENANIA TRAVERSI, CLORINDA BLOOM, VALENTI BLOOM, CELIA BLOOM and ROMILDA BLOOM
800 acre ranch in Pt. Reyes township near Olema
Also what is known as the Winslow Ranch of about 170 acres
Also another ranch of about 204 acres
Also the cattle and personal property of Mr. BLOOM
